I started my career as a design consultant, where I prepared data-driven recommendations to help the public better navigate through transportation infrastructure. My role involved things like optimizing traffic flows at airports, designing wayfinding and guide signage, and improving the efficiency of roadway safety analyses.

After some time, I started feeling confused and frustrated after realizing how little consideration was given to user experience. This work was for the public, but the public seemed to have little say in what was to be researched, designed, or implemented.

I discovered UX design after seeking how to better represent these users, where I realized that there were people out there working across industries to address similar problems. Now, I'm seeking opportunities to apply my knowledge and skills in a role where I can continue to learn, grow, and advocate — let's talk!
